I am a PhD candidate in the Special Education program at the 91大神, supported by a federally funded OSEP leadership training grant in partnership with Vanderbilt University. My research and training focus on promoting the uptake, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based practices (EBPs) in complex educational systems to improve outcomes for high-needs children with disabilities and their families.

I am passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice by preparing educators and instructional leaders to apply EBPs effectively in real-world school settings. My work emphasizes systems-level change, capacity building, and data-informed decision-making to support sustainable improvements in special education.
